The main room and the breakouts share one plan. When a speaker moves from the general session to a breakout, their slides are already loaded, and when the agenda changes, one call reaches everyone who needs to know. We have produced events at Orlando’s major hotels for two decades.

Yes. We can produce the whole conference or one part of it, such as the main room only, or the breakouts around another team’s stage.

Yes. Live streaming and recording are part of the same production plan, so remote attendees get the same show as the room. See live streaming

We need the event type, the dates and the venue, if you have one. Most requests get a reply the same day, by email, phone or text, whichever you prefer. If you have files to share, send them when we email you.

We work regularly at Orlando’s major venues, including Rosen, Omni, Hilton, Hyatt, Gaylord Palms, the Ritz-Carlton and Disney. Tell us your venue, and we’ll plan the production around it.
